Customer Notice: Our New Invoice & Payment System

Recently, you will have noticed that our invoices look a bit different and the software used to send them has changed. While it can seem a bit daunting at first, the new system has been chosen, to give you, the customer, more control over your accounts.

Essentially, this system gives you the ability to access your invoices, both current and previous, and pay them directly if you wish using secure payment methods.

What do I need to do?

All we ask is for you to activate your free account and confirm your details. Please know that you do NOT have to use the new Pinch system to make payments if you don't want to.

If you do wish to use Pinch payments, it now offers you 2 extra options of payment or you can simply activate your customer portal and continue to pay as normal.

how will it work?

Instead of receiving your job sheet with the invoice attached, you will now be emailed your job report separately from the technicians on completion of the service.

You will then be sent an email from ‘Poolside Albury Wodonga via Pinch Payments hello@getpinch.com.au’ which will have your invoice on it.

To access your invoice you can either select the Pay Now button and your invoice will come up with the option to make payment from either your credit card (surcharge attached) or via direct debit.

If you choose not to pay via either of these options, you can access your invoices once you've activated your customer portal and pay as per normal through your bank account.

Please be aware that by selecting the direct debit option, you are not allowing us to take any amount, at any time, you are simply processing a one-off direct debit. You do, however, have the option to set up a pre-authorization that will direct debit funds as the invoices are sent. This is approved by you and can be canceled at any time by you.

So what now?

Please activate your customer portal and check that all of your details are correct, this will then give you the ability to update email addresses, contact numbers, and access all of your invoices at any time.
